Do you sell new pieces?
Absolutely not. We work very hard to restore every item to get it ready for its next life, but every item has lived a life before coming to Villa Milagro.
What is your turnaround time?
We aim to ship your new-to-you item within 3 business days. You will receive a link to your tracking number upon shipping. Most items shipped within the United States will ship priority mail.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. Well, we will, because we are humans and consumers ourselves, but we ask that you A) Read the descriptions. Read the measurements. Look at the piece... we take A LOT of time to spell everything out so there is NO QUESTION about size and condition. B) Let us know within 3 days upon receiving your order. You will pay for return shipping, and there is a 10% restocking fee upon receiving the order back.
