Vintage 70s Cranberry Leather Palizzio Convertible Bag
Palizzio Handbags were an American handbag and shoe company that specialized in fine and exotic leathers, and were sold in fine department stores from the 1940s-1980s. The leather used on this generous convertible bag is absolutely beatutiful; soft, rich, and smooth... you absolutely know that it is high quality. We're dating it mid to late 70s, and thanks to the removable strap, it can be used as a top handle satchel or as a shoulder bag. The seasonless cranberry color and generous size makes it perfect for year-round wear (also, it's big enough to hold an iPad and then some)!

Excellent vintage condition. This bag is a testament to how good quality endures. There are minor rubs on the top corner edges, most likely from the strap clips rubbing, as well as on the tippy bottom corners. Wear is much less than the age of the bag would/should indicate. We have gone ahead and cleaned the interior and cleaned and conditioned the outside, handles, and straps in preparation for this gorgeous bags next stop in life.
